On 19 August 2014, 21 January 2015and 23 September 2015, D&L IMPIANTI reached the important objective of receiving its System Certification for Health and Safety Management in accordance to international standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 18001:2007.
This certification was issued by BUREAU VERITAS, one of the largest certification centres in Italy and the world.
The activities certified include: marketing of Led lighting, installation electrical systems.
The aim of this certification is to develop, implement and improve the efficiency of the management system, so as to improve customer satisfaction while respecting the environment and current legislation.
All employees of D&L IMPIANTI are involved in this Quality - Environmental Policy and each business process is kept strictly under control. This system is carried out through management and technical actions, applied throughout the entire organizational and productive system in a systematic manner, planned, documented, and focused on the following objectives:
- full customer satisfaction;

- constant and continuous improvement in quality and services;
- improvement in environmental aspects;
- full respect of environmental policies;
Crucial to our integrated management system is the choice of suppliers and the continuous quality control of our supplies.
Of fundamental importance for reaching the objectives of our environmental program is help from our customers, as any reasons for customer dissatisfaction are analyzed by company management, so as to find and eliminate the cause.
This phase is imperative for the continuing improvement of our quality control system, as it then becomes a new starting point for us to satisfy customer needs.
Employees are fully involved and trained to respect the environment by applying internal procedures for the correct management of waste and energy.
